Mechanical Assembler-Allegro Phillips Staffing is looking energic, detailed oriented and organized individuals for fast paced environment for the leading medical parts assembler in the Upstate Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with machinery to provide continuous productivity Assemble ventilation blowers, ambient air pumps, air filtration panels, supplied air respirators and other products from parts, components and sub-assemblies Test assembled products for performance and compliance with product specifications Package and label finished product for final shipment Liaising with previous and next lines of production for continuous work flow Ability to continuously prioritize responsibilities to meet the needs of a changing environment Ensure all machine equipment and parts are calibrated on schedule Other Duties: Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and the success of the company Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math skills using whole numbers Good communication skills with reading, writing and speaking English clearly Ability to work with small hand tools, pneumatic and electrical hand tools, calibration devices and air gauges Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
