Phillips Staffing is looking for an energic, detailed oriented, and organized individual to join a fast-paced team at a leading equipment manufacturer in the Upstate. Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with machinery to provide continuous productivity
Assemble ventilation blowers, ambient air pumps, air filtration panels, supplied air respirators and other products from parts, components and sub-assemblies
Test assembled products for performance and compliance with product specifications
Package and label finished product for final shipment
Liaising with previous and next lines of production for continuous work flow
Ability to continuously prioritize responsibilities to meet the needs of a changing environment
Ensure all machine equipment and parts are calibrated on schedule
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills using whole numbers
Good communication skills with reading, writing, and speaking English clearly
Ability to work with small hand tools, pneumatic and electrical hand tools, calibration devices and air gauges
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
