We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Assembler to assemble small and medium-sized sheet metal components by fitting, adjusting, and following written specifications.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Hours: 1st - 6am to 230pm - Monday - Friday


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components into finished products using written instructions and blueprints.
  • Disassemble and rebuild products as specified.
  • Apply sealants and adhesives using electronic dispensers or manual calking tools.
  • Perform paint touch-ups and repairs as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks according to process instructions.
  • Pack and label products following packaging guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent training.
  • Mechanical training and blueprint reading experience preferred.
  • Ability to use hand tools and material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer skills with ERP system knowledge.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand for extended periods, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Use of lift assist or teamwork required for heavier items.
Skills:
  • Language: Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively.
  • Math: Proficiency in basic calculations, measurements, and rate computations.
  • Reasoning: Apply common sense to follow instructions and solve standardized problems.
