What You'll Do as an Assembler:- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine assembly instructions
- Assemble sheet metal components using various hand and power tools
- Conduct quality checks to ensure assembled products meet company standards
- Operate equipment such as presses, drills, and fasteners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion with or without reasonable accommodations
