About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Truss Assemblers for a construction manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll build roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels used in residential and commercial construction projects. What You’ll Do as a Truss Assembler:- Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels according to specifications
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and tape measure measurements
- Use hand and power tools to build structural components
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
What You Need to Bring to the Truss Assembler Role:- Enjoy hands-on, physical work and building products
- Ability to read or willingness to learn blueprints and tape measure measurements
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation to St. Joseph, MN
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
