Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading complex assembly supplier located in Mankato, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Assembler:- Perform general assembly tasks including labeling, taping, masking, and coating components
- Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards using hand and machine processes
- Cut board assemblies from panels using depanelizing equipment
- Use hand tools such as pliers, cutters, and small instruments during assembly
- Assemble circuit boards into finished products
- Support production processes and complete assigned tasks from supervisors
- Handle and position materials for assembly operations
- Maintain efficiency and quality throughout assembly tasks
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Ability to use small hand tools for assembly processes
- Ability to use basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
