Assembler-1st Shift

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitting Associate to join our manufacturing and warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing material kits used in production, ensuring that all components are accurately gathered and ready for assembly. Your attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions will help support efficient production flow and maintain high-quality standards. Prepare and assemble material kits for production according to work orders, pick lists, and build instructions. Pick parts and components from inventory and verify quantities to ensure accuracy. Organize kits in designated staging areas to support production schedules and workflow. Use inventory systems or scanners to track materials and update inventory records as needed. Perform visual checks to ensure all required components are included and meet quality standards. Communicate with production, shipping, and inventory teams to resolve material shortages or discrepancies. Assist with general material handling duties including stocking, labeling, and inventory support.
