Job Title: Assembler 2
Location: Wilmington, MA
Duration: 12 months on W2
Shift Timing: 3rd Shift (Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Set up and adjust assemblies while maintaining required tolerances according to written instructions and established drawings.
• Perform leak testing on assemblies.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for appearance, cleanliness, and quality.
• Use a variety of hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform repetitive assembly and production-related tasks.
• Follow established work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of assembly experience, preferably in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and engineering drawings.
• Experience working with a variety of hand tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a minimal amount of supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive hands-on assembly tasks.
