Job Description:
As an Assembler 2, you will support the Operations team by performing a variety of mechanical assembly tasks on precision components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. This role involves working from detailed instructions and engineering drawings to assemble, adjust, inspect, and test products while maintaining high-quality manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining required tolerances based on drawings and instructions.
  • Perform leak testing on assemblies and products.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, appearance, and cleanliness.
  • Use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently.
  • Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and engineering drawings.
  • Experience using a variety of hand tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
