Assembler- 2nd and 3rd Shift

PRODUCTION LINE ASSOCIATE
Location: Manitowoc (On-site)

2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Pay: $20.25/hour

3rd Shift

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Pay: $21.50/hour

Overview

Join a fast-paced production team where you’ll help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. This role is key to keeping the line running and delivering a consistent, high-quality product.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Keep the production line running smoothly and free of jams
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assemble boxes and maintain steady workflow
• Report issues and assist with troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Line Positions May Include

• Loading bottles onto the line
• Placing caps or spray nozzles
• Assembling boxes and inserting partitions
• Packing products and verifying labels/codes
• Sealing boxes for shipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand for 8–10 hour shifts
• Lift up to 35 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and hand use

Work Environment

• Exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals
• PPE required as needed
