Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Assembler (2nd Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.26 + 5% shift differential per hour.
HOURS: 2:30PM - 10:30PM (Mandatory Saturday overtime required as needed; hours may exceed standard schedule)

Minimum of six (6) months of hands‑on work experience in an assembly, technical, manufacturing, or service‑industry role that involves performing manual tasks or operating basic equipment/tools.
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN. No relocation benefits are available.
Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from this geographical requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 months of experience in an assembly or hands on technical role using hand tools and/or power tools.
Experience in automotive repair, construction, carpentry, or similar mechanical/assembly environments will be strongly considered.
OR a minimum of six (6) months of previous manufacturing, military, or related technical experience.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions with accuracy.
Proven ability to retain and apply information, including procedures, safety requirements, and sequencing of tasks.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quality, reliability, and consistency are critical.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
