This role requires multi-skill flexibility to adapt to various tasks on the production line and is the final stop in the production process.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform finishing touches on products, including installing gaskets, nuts, bolts, locks, brackets, and other components.
• Package finished goods in boxes or skids and prepare for shipment.
• Mark and tag components for inventory tracking and identification.
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other team members.
• Operate and handle tools such as belt sanders, drills, rivet nut guns, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
• Stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed to perform assembly tasks.
