2nd shift (4:30 pm-1 am), however, they will need to train on 1st shift (6 am-2:30 pm)
Temps will not be eligible for OT until they successfully pass probation and are converted to a permanent hire, typically on day 61.
They would train on the 1st shift until they can work independently, so it could vary person to person, but would likely be their whole probationary period, possibly longer.
Once they transition to 2nd shift, they would get an additional $1 shift differential.
