Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for an HVAC manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow detailed work instructions and production processes
- Package and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment or material issues to supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Ability to stand for extended shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic computer skills for timekeeping and tracking
- Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior experience required
