Assembler - 3rd Shift (Night Shift) Exciting Opportunity for Manufacturing Professionals

What You'll Do:
- Operate machinery and assemble components following detailed specifications
- Maintain strict quality control throughout the assembly process
- Ensure production efficiency by adhering to schedules
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Identify and report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
What We're Looking For:
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working swing or third shift
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is advantageous
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work night hours (10:00PM - 6:30AM)
