This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and operation of injection molding machines at the manufacturing facility in Portland, TN.
Onsite work involves performing visual quality inspections, boxing and labeling products, taping boxes, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
The position includes monitoring equipment, assisting in training new employees, maintaining a clean work area using 5S principles, following standardized instructions, and participating in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities.
Qualifications required are a High School Diploma/GED and at least one month of related work experience. Strong ability to follow instructions and request supplies is needed.
