Good working with your hands and working with tools.What You'll Be DoingAssembling Tuuci shade structures (umbrellas, pavilions, and cabanas) following step-by-step instructional diagramsUsing hand tools including Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, and power drillsIdentifying and sorting hardware components such as bolts, screws, anchors, lock nuts, and pinsInstalling fabric components including canopies, curtains, and fabric walls with careWorking alongside a partner on two-person assembly tasks for larger structures, claiming on a latterPositioning and securing frame components to dimensional specificationsInspecting finished assemblies for quality and completeness before handoffWhat We're Looking ForHand tool proficiency — comfortable using Allen wrenches, screwdrivers (Phillips & flat), wrenches, hammers, and drillsAbility to read diagrams — can follow labeled component diagrams and multi-step assembly instructionsHardware identification — able to distinguish between screws, bolts, anchors, nuts, and pinsAttention to detail — careful with components and consistent in following sequences accuratelyTeamwork — communicates well and can work cooperatively with a partnerPhysical ability — able to lift 45-50lbs, carry, and maneuver structural frame parts; comfortable working on various surfacesReliability — shows up on time and takes ownership of their workNice to Have (Not Required)Prior experience in manufacturing, furniture assembly, or constructionExperience operating power tools or impact driversBackground working with metal or fabric componentsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWorking ConditionsIndoor production facility in Miami, FLStanding throughout the shift; some bending, lifting, and kneeling requiredTwo-person lifts required for larger structural componentsMust use safety shoes (Company provided)Company Description Tuuci is headquartered in Miami, FL and is the market leader in design, manufacture, and sale of commercial shade equipment, including market umbrellas, cabanas and related accessories.Tuuci products are manufactured primarily in Miami with global distribution supported by offices in The Netherlands and Vietnam.
