Compensation: $18 per hour
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment? We're looking for an Assembler to join our team! In this role, you'll help build quality equipment while supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in our production process by performing assembly operations using a variety of tools and equipment. Responsibilities may include:
- Performing assembly tasks such as lifting, bolting, torquing, testing, and related production work
- Conducting daily equipment inspections before use
- Operating and successfully managing at least one assembly station
- Completing assigned work in assembly areas and substations
- Performing rework or modifications on units as needed
- Conducting quality checks and completing required inspection checklists
- Moving completed units to staging or final inspection areas
- Assisting with kitting and material preparation as needed
- Operating equipment such as forklifts, cranes, tractors, or excavators when required
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Physical Requirements:
This position requires physical activity, including:
- Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs
- Regular lifting of 21-50 lbs
- Occasional lifting of 50-70 lbs
- Standing, moving, and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Mechanical assembly experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
