Mancan Staffing in seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electrical Assembler to join an Akron company!

Hours are 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri $16.50/hr

In this role, you will play a crucial part in assembling and installing hardware components, soldering wires to plugs and connectors of various sizes, and ensuring the quality and functionality of their products. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to precision will contribute to the production process and overall product excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting testing procedures and carefully packaging finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assemble and install hardware components according to provided instructions and diagrams.
-Skillfully solder wires to plugs and connectors, maintaining high-quality standards and secure connections.
-Conduct testing and quality control procedures to verify the functionality and safety of assembled products.
-Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or issues during the assembly and testing processes.
-Carefully package finished products, ensuring proper protection and presentation for shipment.
