Assembler

A growing international manufacturer is hiring multiple Assemblers for it's new, world-class facility in WNY.

What You'll Do:

\n

• \n
• Perform light assembly of industrial equipment using hand and power tools
• \n
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to build to spec
• \n
• Conduct quality checks to ensure units meet customer requirements
• \n
• Troubleshoot issues during assembly and flag nonconformances
• \n
• Work collaboratively with a team to hit production and delivery goals
• \n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• \n

What We're Looking For:

\n

• \n
• Experience with power tools
• \n
• Brazing, HVAC, or electrical experience a big plus
• \n
• Strong attendance record and reliable transportation
• \n
• Team player with a great work ethic
• \n
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• \n
• Comfortable working first shift with opportunities for overtime
• \n
• Students or recent grads in HVAC/technical programs encouraged to apply
• \n
