Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As an assembler, you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-year technical degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or a related mechanical field strongly preferred
• 1-5 years of relevant assembly or shop experience
• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on aptitude
• Familiarity with fluid power systems is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and a customer-focused mindset

Work That Matters

• Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems using hand and power tools
• Test all assemblies to ensure quality standards and functionality
• Update inventory records for parts used, defective components, and additional materials needed
• Perform minor repairs and assist with troubleshooting
• Coordinate with team members in material handling, sales, and logistics to meet deadlines
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist customers as needed with repairs and service needs
• Take on additional duties as assigned
