Electrical Assembler | Temporary-to-Hire | Mon - Fri 6AM - 2:30PM | $20 - 21/hr | Aliso Viejo, CA

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Medical Device Manufacturer based in Alsio Viejo seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. This position must follow all applicable work instructions, quality procedures, and GMP requirements.

Status: Temporary - to - Hire

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Pay: $20 - 21 /hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to written instructions, schematics, and drawings
• Perform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipment
• Follow established production procedures and quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship
• Document completed work and maintain accurate production records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe work environment
• Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or process concerns
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in medical device industry or related electronic assembly industry
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• High school diploma or GED required.
