Job Description
This position focuses on assembling aluminum composite panels used on the exterior of commercial buildings. You will start by working closely with an assembly lead who will guide your daily tasks until you are comfortable performing them independently. Using basic hand and power tools, you will assemble, fold, and rivet panel components according to measurements and production specifications.

Work Environment
The role is based in a leading aluminum composite fabricating facility that produces exterior panels for commercial buildings. The workplace is clean and climate-controlled, including air conditioning in the summer, and operates with approximately 110 employees. The standard schedule is first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with flexibility for a slightly later start time such as 6:00 a.m. Weekends are minimal, and there are opportunities to adjust hours by starting earlier or staying later to support production needs. Dress code includes jeans or shorts, T-shirts, and steel-toe footwear, aligning with a practical and safety-conscious environment. The facility uses hand and power tools, measuring devices, and routing equipment in an organized production setting that supports both comfort and productivity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
