Responsibilities include assembling equipment, dry goods, and liquor following procedures and diagrams according to established processes.
Sorting, wrapping, and packing airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts per specifications.
Maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer requirements.
Managing liquor inventory and documentation accurately.
Must work around moving parts and wet floors, with the ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
Following customer specifications and paperwork, with good reading and understanding skills.
Using hands and fingers to handle equipment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle frequent changes in diagrams and specifications.
Capable of pushing up to 70 lbs with carts and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Basic math skills required. Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays, subject to shift bidding.
