- Perform assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators, and systems.
- Utilize a variety of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools, and cleaning devices.
- Work from drawings, worksheets, and parts lists to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
- Conduct diagnostic rework and troubleshooting on units that do not meet test requirements.
- Engage in repair work typically run with production units.
- Operate on hydraulic stands to perform assembly functions and set-up AMPS and 151 stages.
- Perform testing using defined procedures to ensure product quality.
- Contribute positively to a teamwork environment through productivity, initiative, cooperation, data collection, and a positive attitude.
