We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Cabinet Assembler to join our team in Ashland, VA. In this role, you will assemble high-quality cabinets following precise instructions and specifications. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency are essential to ensure products meet our quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (Overtime at time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week)
Location: Ashland, VA
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Breakroom available with fridge and microwave
No weekends or holidays
Overtime may be available depending on workload
Responsibilities:
Assemble up to 25 cabinets per day according to provided instructions and specifications
Use tools and equipment safely and effectively (all tools provided on-site)
Follow detailed instructions and training to ensure accuracy and consistency
Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
Previous assembly or production experience preferred, but training is provided
