Cabinet Assembler / Cabinet Builder
Location: Ashland, VA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
- No weekends or holidays
- Overtime available based on production needs
- Breakroom with refrigerator and microwave provided

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our growing production team in Ashland, VA. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build products that make a difference, this is an excellent opportunity.
As a Cabinet Assembler, you will work alongside an experienced team to assemble high-quality cabinets using hand and power tools in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. Whether you have previous experience as a Cabinet Builder, Cabinet Assembler, Woodworker, Production Associate, or Assembler, we encourage you to apply.
Training is provided for motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Assemble kitchen and commercial cabinets by following blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
- Build and assemble up to 25 cabinets per shift while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and accurately.
- Inspect completed cabinets to ensure they meet company quality standards before moving to the next production stage.
- Read and interpret work orders to assemble cabinets correctly.
- Maintain an organized and safe workstation throughout the shift.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cabinet Assembler, Cabinet Builder, Assembler, Woodworker, Machine Operator, or Production Associate is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
