Job Title: Assembler Associate II - 1st Shift
Location: North Chicago, IL
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Pay: $22.50 per hour
Job Summary:
The Assembler Associate II is responsible for constructing assemblies and sub-assemblies, operating automated equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
Job Duties:
- Construct multiple assemblies and sub-assemblies following drawings and instructions.
- Use automated equipment and basic computer hardware/software to complete tasks.
- Perform self-inspection, testing, and troubleshooting using testers and fixtures.
- Apply soldering skills as required for the specific functional area.
- Utilize information from external sources to enhance work quality and efficiency.
- Participate in manufacturing or site focus teams such as Safety, GMP, or ESD.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, peer training, and cross-training.
- Persuade and influence team members positively to meet work objectives.
- Operate within and maintain the effectiveness of Quality Systems.
- Achieve departmental goals for both quality and productivity.
- Comply with the Client Code of Conduct and departmental performance standards.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience
- Previous GMP and documentation experience
