About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leader in the Powersports industry, at their Osceola, WI facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high-quality engines used in ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and more. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy assembling mechanical components, and want to grow your career with a respected manufacturer, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as an Assembler:- Deburr, inspect, assemble, and leak-test engine components
- Follow quality and safety standards while maintaining assigned production rates
- Use measuring tools and inspection gauges to verify part specifications
- Identify and document non-conforming parts
- Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production documents
- Suggest improvements to production processes as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (deburring and metal inspection preferred)
- Ability to pass an MAT test at 80% proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience using basic hand tools and measuring equipment
- Understanding of GMP, SPC, traceability, and MRR procedures
- Reliable transportation to the Osceola facility #OsceolaJobs
