Reliance One is hiring Assemblers for a long-term contract opportunity in Auburn Hills, MI. This Assembler role is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and following work instructions in a manufacturing environment.

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building high-quality products while following engineering documents, meeting production standards, and ensuring customer specifications are achieved.

Position Details:

• Location: Auburn Hills, MI

• Benefits begin Day 1

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to engineering documents, work orders, and production procedures

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks

• Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed work instructions

• Perform quality checks and operator-based Go/No-Go testing as required

• Monitor the quality of parts used during the assembly process

• Operate computer systems to review schedules and update manufacturing status

• Complete required paperwork, records, documentation, and reject tickets

• Assist with training new employees and resolving production questions

• Perform material handling activities as needed

• Support continuous improvement efforts related to productivity and quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documents

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hi-Lo/Forklift experience is a plus

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
