Skills Required: High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings. Ability to become solder certified Effective communication and teamwork Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team A passion for learning/knowledge

Skills Preferred: Experienced in Electronic Assembly 3+ years IPC-610/620 Certifications Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017 Solder Ref low experience
