This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft. Job Description: This position supports production operations in the Wheel & Brake department. The primary role is to perform hands-on assembly, disassembly, inspection, and preparation of aircraft wheel and brake components in compliance with company and FAA standards. The Assembler ensures all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Responsibilities: Perform routine assembly and disassembly operations on aircraft wheels and brakes. Inspect, clean, and prepare parts for further processing or shipment. Sandblast and repackage components according to work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to perform assigned tasks. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure parts are properly labeled and routed. Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the work area. Work cooperatively with other team members and departments as directed by leadership. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Mechanical or assembly experience preferred (manufacturing, maintenance, or repair). Ability to use hand, power, and air tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Details: Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite) Shift: First Shift – 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM Duration: 6 Months
