Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating equipment, conducting quality inspections, and preparing finished goods for shipment. Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
- Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Operate warehouse and production equipment safely
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and report equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
