Assembler

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a dependable Assembler to join their manufacturing team in Branford, Connecticut. No experience necessary- just a willingness to learn!

In this role, you will assemble, wire, and solder a variety of electronic products and components. If you have an eagerness to learn, you do not have to have prior experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products
• Perform hand soldering of electronic components, wires, connectors, and PCB assemblies in accordance with quality standards.
• Read and interpret work instructions
• Utilize hand tools, soldering equipment, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment to complete products according to specifications.
• Wiring, labels, and other components as required.
• Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to verify product quality.
• Identify and report quality concerns, damaged components, or assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep workstations organized.
• Assist in other production areas as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering a plus but not necessary
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions or a willingness to learn
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm with Fridays off
