Shift: Mon - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM [Lunch: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM]
Responsibilities:
Starting with a fabricated door panel and working with hand tools, light pneumatic, and electric power tools, attach roller brackets to the door panel.
Physically pull or use a special automatic puller to install extruded rubber seals into door channels.
Attach hinges to the door using a nut driver.
Measure and cut rubber for the sensitive edge and install it into the door channel. Route and run wire into the sensitive edge.
Install glass window(s) into the door panel and attach CLASS sensors to the door if called for in print.
Attach brush seals to the panel base and mount the cover plate over the brush mount and assemble the shaft and arm to the door panel.
Perform spray paint touch-up of the panel where necessary and apply caulk and adhesives when appropriate to the door panel and install handles onto the panel if specified in print.
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
