    About the Role:The Assembler is responsible for the assembly, testing, and integration of automated medication dispensing equipment. This role involves working with mechanical and electrical components while ensuring quality and safety standards.Essential Functions:
    • Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
    • Follow work instructions, drawings, and SOPs
    • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
    • Record results in computer systems
    • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
    • Report issues related to materials, processes, or equipment
    • Support Lean/5S initiatives
    • Maintain a safe, organized work area
    • Complete production documentation
    • Support installations (10–20% travel)
    Competencies:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to read technical instructions
    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to work independently and in teams
    • Effective communication skills
    Education and Experience:
    • 1–3 years manufacturing or assembly experience
    • Electromechanical or medical device experience
    • Familiarity with Lean or 5S
    • Experience with electrical testing tools

    • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
    • 30% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer.
    • Associate is frequently required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile).
