Seeking a temporary Assembler C for our Westbury, NY facility. Ideal candidates are energetic students eager to grow in manufacturing.
- Perform diversified assembly tasks using operation sheets, blueprints, and instructions.
- Set up and operate various machines and assembly operations within specified tolerances.
- Handle assembly, wiring, testing, and packing, including cutting, inserting, stripping, tying wires, and attaching components.
- Use measuring instruments to test components for quality and compliance.
- Perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Maintain records of parts processed and may train lower-level employees.
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized, following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements include high school knowledge or trade training, and 1-3 years of assembly experience involving hand-eye coordination. The position offers $20.50 to $25.50 per hour, with benefits such as paid time off, holidays, health insurance, 401K, and more.
