Assembler

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 5am-3:30pm

Summary:

• The assembler will be responsible for visual sorting and packing non-conforming parts.
• Maintaining quality and meeting production schedules to achieve manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize equipment such as assembly machines, vision systems, and inspection gauges.
• Lift up to 35lbs and follow work instructions accurately.
• Learn and utilize onsite system (PLEX) for completing transactions like printing labels.
• Operate machines and use measuring tools effectively.
• Assemble, test, and inspect parts/components.
• Adhere to onsite quality processes and controls.
• Meet and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and attendance.
• Perform and follow 5S processes and procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to utilize various machines and measurement/calibration tools to fulfill duties.
• Proficiency in using onsite software (PLEX) for inventory transactions.
