Assembler

Responsibilities:

• Visual sorting and packing of non-conforming parts.
• Maintain quality and meet production schedules to achieve manufacturing targets.
• Utilize equipment such as assembly machines, vision systems, and inspection gauges.
• Follow work instructions and objectives.
• Learn and utilize the onsite system (PLEX) for transactions, including printing labels.
• Operate machines and use measuring tools effectively.
• Assemble, test, and inspect parts/components.
• Utilize various machines and measurement/calibration tools to fulfill duties.
• Adhere to onsite quality processes and controls.
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including safety and attendance.
• Perform and follow 5S processes and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with onsite software systems like PLEX.
