We are looking for reliable Assembly and Packaging Associates to join our team! This role involves assembling mechanical components and packaging finished products while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble small mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished units according to work instructions and engineering specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Maintain consistent productivity and meet established production targets
Produce high-quality work with minimal defects or rework
Follow instructions, procedures, and engineering documentation
Package large products according to company standards and quality control requirements
Operate lift machines when needed
Work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must wear steel-toe shoes
Ability to package products in a timely and efficient manner
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

REQUIREMENTS: This is an excellent position for someone with mechanical aptitudes. Car Mechanics, good with hand and power tools and also mechanical assemblers of small parts.
