Assembler – Port of Catoosa
Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: Starting at $22/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Weekends as Needed
HireCall is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Assemblers for a growing manufacturing facility at the Port of Catoosa. This position is ideal for individuals with heavy assembly, manufacturing, or material handling experience who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and related equipment on pressure vessels and skids
- Safely operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools
- Inspect parts and components for defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Verify all connections are properly sealed and secured
- Identify and document vessel parts and components
- Prepare vessels and parts for hydrostatic testing
- Cut and thread pipe
- Install, align, and seal flanged pipe
- Assist with loading shipments as needed
- Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain regular and dependable attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of heavy assembly, manufacturing, or material handling experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to safely operate cranes and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Ability to pass a tape measure test and perform intermediate math calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and bills of materials
- Willingness to learn pressure gauges and applications
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing methods preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to an entire shift
- Ability to perform repetitive physical work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Ability to work in tight spaces and around industrial equipment
