Assembler

Ambassador Personnel is hiring! We have 30 openings for 1st and 2nd shift Assemblers. 1st shift is 6:00am to 4:30pm, and 2nd shift is 4:00pm to 2:30am. Starting pay is $17.60 for 1st shift and $18.60 for 2nd shift. Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity!

What You Will Do:

• Apply covers and other material to foam mattress cores, then palletize and/or box items for shipment
• Box and label mattresses
• Load and unload mattress-sized foam cores from various locations
• Ensure that all product is produced in accordance with the Company’s quality standards and elevates issues as needed
• Occasionally fills in for other functions outside of primary work area
• Maintains and cleans assigned work area

What you will need:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and operate machinery on a continuous basis.
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours during high-demand production seasons.
• Knowledge of PC usage is preferred, and basic data entry operations.
• Forklift certification a plus
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
