Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM | Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Requirements + Job Duties

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
  • Perform manual and automated assembly and packaging of diagnostic products and kits
  • Operate and assist in maintaining automated production equipment under supervision
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality system requirements
  • Complete and audit production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct in-process inspections, sampling, and basic calibrations as required
  • Monitor inventory levels to support daily production needs
  • Identify and report defective materials, abnormal conditions, or process deviations

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Assembler helps produce dependable manufactured products through careful assembly, inspection, and quality verification. This role combines mechanical knowledge, manual dexterity, and strong attention to detail to support manufacturing excellence.
