Job Title: Assembler

Location: Claremore, OK

Pay Rate: $20 per hour, W 2

Summary:

• Duration: 6 Month Contract
• Positions available: 5
• First Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (3 positions)
• Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (2 positions)
• Overtime available; currently averaging up to 10-hour days with Saturday work available.
• 100 referral bonus given if the person starts the role. 

Responsibilities:

• Stage materials and components for downhole pump assembly.
• Retrieve parts from inventory baskets and organize them for production.
• Set up materials on assembly rails and prepare components for final assembly.
• Utilize hand tools and basic material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks as needed.
• Assist production teams in maintaining workflow and meeting production goals.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials safely.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, maintenance, or mechanical trades.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
