ASSEMBLER

Spherion is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for assembly positions to assist with products including tables, chairs, play sets, sheds, basketball hoops, coolers, and hardware kits as well Metal Department.

** Metals is a fast paced, fun environment for people who are great at multi-tasking, have an eye for detail, and are mechanically inclined.****

We offer 10-hour shifts, four days a week (Monday-Thursday), with the following schedules and pay rates:

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM at $17.00/hour
- Swing Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM at $17.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM

Skills:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields at least 1year
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Warehouse, Assembly line
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Good Attendance is critical
• This is a temp to hire position
• Must pass background check and drug screen
