Assembler

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (Steel Wall Panel Fabrication)

Hours & Location: Lakewood, OH 44107 | Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm | Overtime as needed | 30-minute lunch

Pay & Benefits: $18-19/hour. Contract-to-hire with a pay increase commonly offered at hire-in, plus annual reviews. Benefits after hire-in include medical plan options, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) (no match), paid holidays, and vacation/PTO.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and fabricate steel wall panels on a production line with a small team
Use basic hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and finish components
MUST know how to Read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16” and 1/32" and follow build measurements
Complete visual quality checks to keep parts consistent and on-spec
Lift/move materials up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Required Qualifications:

Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
Comfortable learning hands-on (training provided)
Able to work safely in a dusty manufacturing environment
Steel-toe boots required (other PPE provided)
