Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned operations, assisting in the manufacture of each bus.
- Assemble or assist in the assembly of each component per assigned department.
- Run air and power hand tools.
- Read and interpret shop orders.
- Meet all QA and QC standards for each assembly task per assigned department.
- Ensure parts are assembled per instructions for proper appearance and function.
Qualifications:
- Quality minded
- Good attendance
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
Preferred skills and experience to be successful:
- Read and use a tape measure to precise measurements
- Use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns.
- Installing and mounting non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
- Assemble fabricated parts, components, and other units in department.
- Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met.
