ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves inspecting materials, moving products throughout the facility, maintaining documentation, and performing assembly-related tasks while following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, inspect, and sort materials and products
• Move materials, assemblies, and scrap products throughout the facility
• Use inspection equipment, handcarts, and light production tools
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and production guidelines
• Perform routine warehouse and manufacturing tasks
• Support team production goals and quality standards

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1 year of continuous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related work
• Ability to read and understand documents written in English
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cooler winter conditions
• Ability to work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment
