ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Overtime may be required)

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will be assembling kits for shipment, moving materials throughout the warehouse, inspecting products for quality, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to maintain accuracy while meeting production and quality standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble kits and products on an assembly line
• Move pallets, materials, and inventory throughout the warehouse
• Sort and inspect materials for quality assurance
• Maintain accurate quality and production documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Operate basic material handling and inspection equipment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related experience
• 1+ continuous year with the same employer
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs regularly
• This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift. The work environment may be moderately loud and temperature-controlled only to a limited extent.
