ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• • Overtime may be required

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will involve inspecting materials, moving products throughout the facility, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting daily production operations while following established procedures and safety standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect, sort, and handle materials and assemblies
• Operate light manufacturing and inspection equipment
• Move materials and products using handcarts and related equipment
• Maintain accurate quality and production documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Perform routine production and warehouse tasks efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support general warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related role
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to read rulers and perform visual inspections accurately
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to work in moderate to loud noise conditions
