KITTING ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Overtime may be required

KITTING ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Kitting Assembler will support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves sorting, inspecting, moving, and preparing materials while maintaining quality standards and accurate documentation.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

KITTING ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Move materials, assemblies, and products throughout the facility using light equipment and handcarts
• Sort and inspect materials to ensure quality compliance
• Read rulers and perform visual inspections accurately
• Maintain quality records and production documentation
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
• Support production and warehouse operations in a metrics-driven environment
• Perform routine assembly and kitting tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

KITTING ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of continuous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related work
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
