Job Summary:
An Assembler is capable of satisfactory work at all assembly stations, piecing together ammunition components at a fast pace while maintaining a high-quality consciousness.
Primary Responsibilities:
With instruction and some supervision candidate must be capable of performing the following tasks:
- Perform repetitive and standard assembly operations of several components
- Handling of explosive components and sub-assemblies required
- Ability to use simple hand tools
- Must perform tasks in a timely and safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with coworkers of all levels across the company
- Capable of reading and understanding manufacturing instructions and technical writing
- Must have capability to twist, turn, wipe, and perform repetitive tasks with small components using hands
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Must have good hand eye coordination
- Must be capable of lifting and transferring materials weighing up to 35 lbs
